Ingredients

2 pounds green beans, trimmed

2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

2 tablespoons fresh lemon

1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

Freshly ground pepper

Preparation:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes, until just tender. Drain and rinse under cold water. Place in a bowl and toss with the sesame seeds, lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
