Please join Friends of Animals and NYCLASS July 24 at 1 p.m. as we speak directly to New York City Council members outside City Hall about the horse carriage ban. We will be gathering on the steps of City Hall at 1 p.m. to greet the Council members as they walk into the building to attend the Stated Meeting (the bi-monthly meeting where they introduce and vote on legislation). This is a perfect opportunity speak face-to-face with our elected officials and show them how passionate the residents of NYC are about getting horses off the dangerous streets and into waiting sanctuaries.

We are so close to our goal of banning the abusive and dangerous industry, but it is extremely important that animal advocates work together and show City Council members that the people of NYC want the horses off of the streets as soon as possible. The horses have suffered enough.  Please support the horses with your presence and voice and spread the word!
