This grant will assist in covering the costs of spay/neuter surgeries for at least 333 dogs and cats throughout the city where there is a very high number of homeless cats and dogs./ppSpaySA was founded in 1997 and has made it their mission to prevent the overpopulation of cats and dogs by providing no/low-cost spay and neuter procedures in the San Antonio and Bexar county area.
