PLEASE NOTE: The certificate ONLY covers the actual spay or neuter. Each veterinarian in our program has their own terms and prices of additional services that you must pay for at the time of the surgery. Inoculations are the responsibility of the pet owner and may be required by the veterinarian.
Refund policy: Certificates expire 12 months after the issue date. No refunds on lost or expired certificates. Prior to expiration, return unused certificate to Friends of Animals. A $20 service fee will be deducted for each certificate.
One-time reissue policy: Regarding an unused certificate that has not expired, we can extend it for one year with a $20. However, a reissued certificate cannot be refunded.
Certificates ordered online below are sent via U.S. First Class postal mail the next business day. Or, you can call 1-800-321-PETS (7387) M-F, 9-5 EST to request an application to be sent via snail mail. If you have questions, please e-mail email@example.com.

Our certificate covers the cost of a routine spay/neuter procedure including a cursory (not full) surgical pre-exam, anesthesia, surgical procedure, waste disposal, day of surgery post-operative care and pain relief, hospitalization as required and stitch removal if necessary.
DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT with the veterinarian UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED the Friends of Animals certificate. You must have the certificate to give to the veterinarian when the animal is admitted for spay/neutering.
Vets may charge for dogs weighing 51-75 lbs. no more than $2 a pound and for dogs over 76 lbs. not more than $4 a poundI agree to the above terms and conditions.
