Free Spay/Neuter Billboard

Friends of Animals' spay/neuter billboard will be sent free of charge to individuals or groups able to secure their own billboard space. Measures 22' wide by 10' high. Two color billboard - "FIX THEM OR KILL THEM - IT'S YOUR DECISION" displays Friends of Animals' 1-800 national spay/neuter hotline number.
