I come from a family of hunters. I have hunted myself but never for such vile reasons as this. To destroy an animal because it is found convenient for the needs of a few is just WRONG on so many levels!!!!

That's not real hunting. What this man did should be illegal and the wildlife officials should go after him for using a distress call to lure a wolf from protected federal lands. Hunting should be only used for food not sport or trophy hunting.

what he did is the lowest you can go.

Its one thing to hunt for food, but to hunt for the sport of it or simply because people say its ok is the worst. These loving animals are kind and devoted to their families very much like the ones we all have. Seeing and studying these creatures will show you how smart, playful, trusting and docile they can be.Stan fits the typical mid western backwoods low life don't give a hoot stereotype...

People like this make me sick maybe we should lure him in with a hamburger and do the same.

This man is a disgusting coward. I am ashamed of my species.

I hope she haunts him till his dying day, her end was needless and swift, I hope upon hope his is a slow painful end. She is hunting in the great plains of heaven.

Don't worry about his wife... His FB profile says he is divorced..... Wonder why she left him.

To kill an animal like that is like canned hunting, to scared to give the animal a fair chance. Here in South Africa we have the killing of Rhinos just for their horns, the rest of this huge is animal is wasted, just to satisfy sexual urges of eastern cultures who believe the horn has sexual powers

In my view, this man should be arrested and fined because he intentionally used a recording to deceive and lure a wolf out of the protection of the park so he could kill her! He should be at least fined for this and if he does it again he should get a jail sentence too! Why wasn't he fined for this? He committed what should be regarded as an illegal act to endanger wildlife with the sole intent of killing this wolf. If he hadn't been such a low life devoid of all morality the wolf would be alive today! Where are the wildlife managers on this one! This should be classified as illegal and yet nothing was done and he is bragging about his kill! I urge people who read about this degenerate and his malicious killing of this wolf to write to wildlife management in Wyoming and the governor there voicing your opinion that this type of killing in using devices to trick an animal into an area where their life is jeopardized is basically killing for fun and this type of sadistic killing must be prohibited! Otherwise, many people will start to think of Wyoming as a very backward state if they continue to allow this type of killing without any legal consequences! This man is much more dangerous than any wolf could ever be because he is morally corrupt. "Compassion for animals is intimately connected with goodness of character and it may be confidently asserted that he who is cruel to animals cannot be a good man." - Arthur Schopenhauer,(German philosopher)
